Do you have to follow the all of the bible? Or do you get to pick and choose? If you get to pick and choose how do you know the parts you pick are right and not wrong? Isn’t it The Word of God, do you not have to follow all of it? Someone help?

 The Bible is a Guidebook. Sometimes there are other ways to get to the right answers than the “accepted answers from the guide”. What matters most is that you strive to find those answers, not discard them like homework you keep putting off. This doesn’t mean the word is word for word law, or that its a bunch of crap. Just remember it was written by people who were trying to find their way, just as you are, and it is advice from others who have found questions just as you have.
